Just a few months ago in January of this year, I was very sick. I had fallen ill to a bad fever around the end of December 2025. I lost some weight during that time, strictly because I really couldn’t eat anything but hot soup. A healthier body is something that I’ve been chasing since the beginning of December. I honestly just had absolutely no motivation to work out consistently every day.

There was a sickness that came over me a couple of months ago that took me by surprise. Then, a couple of weeks after I fully recovered, I found out about this new diet from a popular TV show. The show is called “CHEER” on Netflix. What it introduced me to was a diet where you strictly eat watermelon for three days. I proceeded to do that, and it was hard, but very cleansing and beneficial.

After the diet, I decided to keep up that healthy lifestyle and cut out a lot of fried foods. I also try to stay away from greasy foods. Along with that, I started to eat one meal a day. Little by little, I actively noticed my skin starting to clear up and my weight starting to drop. Up until recently I’ve fully aligned my eating routine with that type of dieting, and my body has never felt better.
